Embers at Dusk is a lap quilt measuring approximately 68" square, designed for everyday use — reading chairs, quiet evenings, and spaces that call for both warmth and structure.
A field of soft neutral ground allows a rhythm of diamonds to emerge and recede, moving from deep charcoal and olive into rust, ochre, and ember red. The palette carries the feeling of late light — that moment just before night when color deepens and settles.
The pattern brings a quiet sense of order, while the variation in tone keeps the surface from feeling static. Each shape is individually cut and pieced, creating a composition that feels both grounded and alive.
Made with 100% cotton materials throughout — top, batting, backing, and binding — and machine quilted for durability, Embers at Dusk is made to be used often and kept for years, softening with time without losing its presence.
