Returns
I offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition. If the product is damaged upon arrival, photo evidence is required. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

How to Start a Return
Please email me at info@sqsquaredcreations.com to request a return authorization and receive instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. If tracking has already been issued, a return label will be provided, and the item must be returned before a refund is processed.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete the return first and place a new order for the desired item.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of your refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
