• All U.S. addresses

• A growing list of international destinations through Shopify Managed Markets

International availability will be shown automatically at checkout based on your location.
International shipping rates, taxes, and duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using the following carriers:

• USPS Priority Mail (United States)

• UPS, DHL, or USPS for international orders (carrier is selected automatically based on destination and best available rate)

All shipments include tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Windows

United States:
Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International:
Delivery times vary by destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

United States:
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

International:
International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. All international orders ship with prepaid duties to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. While I am not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues, I will always assist you in resolving concerns.

Please contact info@sqsquaredcreations.com if your package is delayed, missing, or damaged in transit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be refunded.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-delivery, a refund will be issued minus all shipping costs. Re-shipping may incur an additional charge.
