Inkstone Handmade King Quilt (100" square)

Inkstone is a handmade quilt built around contrast, rhythm, and restrained texture. Measuring 100” square, this king-size quilt combines warm stone neutrals, softened parchment tones, charcoal black, and layered monochromatic prints in a composition that feels architectural without becoming cold.

The piecing creates movement through interruption and repetition — dark blocks crossing through weathered neutrals, scattered textural prints emerging gradually across the surface. Some fabrics carry hints of typography, script, maps, or musical notation, giving the quilt quiet detail without overwhelming the overall structure. From a distance, the palette reads calm and grounded; up close, the shifting textures and layered prints create depth and visual complexity.

Made from 100% cotton throughout — top, batting, backing, and binding — Inkstone was machine pieced and quilted in Ohio for everyday use and long-term durability. Gentle quilting softens the geometry and adds movement across the surface while preserving the clarity of the composition.
